Innovation rarely comes from the 'wisdom of crowds'. It is the loner, the maverick, the freethinker whose ideas inspire change. Genius can be subsumed under the white noise of a mass brain-dump; creative thought curtailed as it is smothered beneath explanation and peremptory challenge.

In BIM in AM individuals are able and encouraged to shine. Our experts come from across the Construction Industry, so we have no in-built bias to a particular role nor any pre-determined slant towards outcomes favouring any particular discipline.
